A BIRMINGHAM man appeared in court this morning (Wednesday July 16) following an incident in Quarry Bank.
Unemployed Roujay Benloss is charged with assault, actual bodily harm, dangerous driving and breach of a non-molestation order, after it is alleged he drove a car at a woman in Thorns Road, in the early hours of Sunday (July 13).
The 22-year-old from Lye Avenue, Bartley Green, appeared before Dudley Magistrates Court to face the charges, which left a 24-year-old woman with multiple cuts and bruises.
Benloss will appear before Wolverhampton Crown Court on October 8.
