  I DON'T see any cause for rejoicing over the low car parking fees at Russells Hall Hospital. read more

• Why pay at all?

  I MAY be missing some point or other but I can see no "Victory" in the fact car parking charges are still made at all. It seems to me the public are being conned by local and national governments in trying to convince us that by reducing the charges we have won a concession. read more

  I READ in today's Daily Mail (01/08/02) that two young teenagers had chalked up a few hopscotch grids on a quiet back street in Halesowen to teach and entertain the local children during the summer holidays. read more
