    SMITH ESTHER ANNE The family of the late Mrs Esther Anne Smith of Durham Road, Netherton wish to thank all relatives, friends, neighbours and members of the Cradley Heath Salvation Army for sympathy cards, kindness and expressions of sympathy shown to them in their very sad loss, and also for the kind donations received for The Salvation Army, Cradley Heath.
