Good news for anyone looking to sell, the figures show that even with the bad weather at the start of the year, buyers are returning to the housing market in their droves. “It’s clear from the number of registrations we’re getting that improvements in the economy and better availability of mortgages is taking effect,” says Sue Evans of Connells in Halesowen. “Individuals are feeling more confident about buying a new home, whether they are a first time buyer or someone who is moving for the third or fourth time.”
