Customer-care Oscar for Bellway

Housebuilder, Bellway’s West Midlands Division has walked away with the equivalent of a house-building Oscar for its customer care performance.
Independent market research into how customers rated their experience of moving into a new Bellway home has resulted in the division receiving a gold award where 98.3 per cent of its customers would recommend Bellway to a friend.
Bellway’s sales director, Steve Rose, said: “We are absolutely delighted to receive this prestigious award. Every home we build is bespoke and built by a team of highly trained craftsmen and women, but the award reflects a whole chain of events that lead to the successful completion and sale of a home and shows the attention to detail that we apply to each and every transaction.”
InHouse Market Surveys ask all Bellway customers to judge the company in four distinct areas which include how satisfied they were with Bellway before they took possession of their new home, their experience on the day they took possession and after possession and their overall opinion of Bellway.
Bellway’s West Midlands Division currently operates out of 22 sites covering the areas of Cannock, Solihull, Blakenall, Tamworth, Telford, Wolverhampton, Birmingham, Kidderminster and Pershore.
