Home sellers face a significant challenge when it comes to finding their next home in the current property market, according to leading local estate agency Shipways.

With demand for properties massively outweighing supply, the agent is seeing many home owners achieve very good sales on their existing property but struggling to find their next home due to a shortage of properties to buy.

In response to this issue, Shipways has launched the ‘Help to Find’ service so that sellers are not only getting the best price for their existing property, but also support in finding the home of their dreams for their onward purchase.

As part of this service, the Shipways team proactively targets the types of property the vendor is interested in buying while simultaneously holding an open house for their current property in order to get the best price possible for their home.
