Over 50s can stay trim with new classes

AN active gentle exercise session to help people over 50 stay trim is being relaunched next week.

The Stourbridge Steppers classes, held at St Thomas’s Church Hall, Market Street, Stourbridge, start up again on Tuesday August 5.

Part of a range of activities run by Dudley’s LEAP Over 60 Project - the sessions will run for six weeks, from 10.45am to 11.45am every Tuesday.

The six-week course costs £15.
