Shoppers visiting Halesowen can step back in time with medieval re-enactments taking place in the town centre.
The activities, which have been organised by Dudley Council, will take place at Somers Square on Saturday May 3 from 10am to 3.30pm.
Medieval displays will include demonstrations of a medieval surgery, weapons, tile making and crafts and music, with re-enactors in full costume.
Alongside the historical activities there will be face painting and balloon modelling while a medieval jester will provide fun and entertainment for all the family.
Dudley's Queen of Culture Pat Wakelam will be there to welcome visitors and all re-enactments, displays, balloon modelling and face painting will be free of charge.
