SELF proclaimed saviours of Stourbridge music Chevron are Black Country boys who tell it like it is.
The three-piece, who avoid battle of the bands competitions because they believe music should be about coming together rather than battling each other, are preparing for a big night at the newly reopened Mitre in Stourbridge.
With influences ranging from Black Sabbath to Dee Lite, Chevron have attracted attention from around the UK with summer shows lined up in London, Bristol and Leeds.
Band members Michael A Hunter, Luke Turner and Adam Eggy' Egginton formerly played with groups including The Wetdog Project and Jimmy The Fool before forming Chevron.
Chevron will be on stage at The Mitre on Saturday April 26.
