WHAT DO I NEED?

Feeds: 2Time to cook: about five minutes.six rashers of lean dry cured back baconone ciabatta bread or rolls50g (2oz) ripe gorgonzola cheeseone apple12g (oz) butterWHAT SHOULD I DO?Lightly grill the bacon. Cut the ciabatta loaf in half. Place the gorgonzola cheese onto the bread. Lightly fry the apple, thinly sliced in the butter until golden brown and place on top of the cheese.

Finally top with rashers of bacon and place under the grill until the bacon is crispy and the cheese has softened slightly.

Serve with a mixed leaf salad and extra fruity chutney.
