OLD Swinford Hospital School in Stourbridge is inviting members of the public to attend a charity concert next month in aid of Oxfam.
The Heath Lane school will be hosting the event, Arias for a Summer Evening, on Sunday August 31 at 7.30pm in the Foleyan Centre.
A number of school music department staff including director of music Tony Bridgewater and head of instrumental studies Anna Downes will be taking part in the event which will feature opera favourites including excerpts from Carmen and The Marriage of Figaro, plus arrangements from hit musical Les Miserables.
Puccini's Nessun Dorma will be performed by the Central England Camerata and Worcester Male Voice.
