ACCLAIMED Stourbridge violinist Anna Downes will be leading the Central England Ensemble at a concert in Wollaston later this month.
The symphony orchestra will be performing at St James's Church on Saturday March 21 in an event arranged by the not-for-profit organisation Local & Live.
Gill Blanchard will also perform at the concert, together with Linda and Tony May.
A packed ensemble programme includes Mozart's Marriage of Figaro Overture and symphony number forty and Bach's Double Violin Concerto.
Another feature of the evening will be a performance of the Concerto for Flute and Clarinet conducted by composer Tony Bridgwater who is head of music at Oldswinford Hospital School.
The concert starts at 7.30pm.
Tickets, priced £8 can be obtained at Music Matters in Stourbridge or on the door.
Entry is free for anyone under 18.
