BRIT award-winner Paloma Faith is hitting the road again and will undoubtedly put on a show to prove she was worthy of the best female artist gong.

The award was a long time coming for the quirky star, who released her debut album in 2009 although fans believe she should have also got a nod in the British Album category for her third album A Perfect Contradiction.

Including tracks Only Love Can Hurt Like This and Can’t Rely On You, it has been her most successful offering to date and was sixth best-selling album of 2014.

Paloma said: "This album feels like the real me, almost. And in a funny way, it feels like coming home. I've realised that learning confidence really makes you capable of things and that together we can be capable of anything."

The star has a busy summer ahead with a series of Forest Live gigs and slots confirmed at T in the Park and V Festival but will first embark on an arena tour, which kicks off in Brighton on March 12.

She will be performing tracks from the album, including new single Beauty Remains, when she appears at the Barclaycard Arena, Birmingham, on March 19.
