I felt quite sad when I shoved my muddy wellies back in the shed after this year's V Festival.
But who could blame me for having the festival blues after I'd spent the weekend in the company of some of the music industries biggest names, including Pink and Jay-Z.
The hip hop heavyweight headlined on Saturday night and put on an incredible show.
Although it was great to hear blasts from the past, including Hard Knock Life, Big Pimpin and Izzo (H.O.V.A), the highlight of the set was Numb/Encore, a touching tribute to the late Linkin Park frontman Chester Bennington.
The Wailers put on the best show of the weekend for me. It was simply incredible musicians, playing hit after hit. The atmosphere was great as everyone danced and sang along to the likes of Buffalo Soldier, Three Little Birds and Could You Be Loved.
Other highlights included grime star Stormzy, Scottish songstress Emeli Sandi, comeback king Craig David, James Arthur (who bizarrely did a cover of Sisqo's Thong Song) and a very energetic Ellie Golding.
Madness were also great and not only has Suggs seemingly not aged over the years, he also hasn't lost his touch.
The crowd went wild for the likes of Our House, Baggy Trousers and One Step Beyond.
Feisty pop star Pink brought proceedings to an end on Sunday.
After 17 years in the business, she's built up quite a catalogue of hits including Try, Sober and Get The Party Started.
She has a great stage presence, a stunning voice and was a great act to round off a top weekend.
