A HIGHLY popular London based band will be making a welcome return to the regular jazz nights at Halesowen Cricket Club.
Bob Dwyer’s ‘Bix’ and Pieces are back in town for another much-anticipated performance on February 11 at the traditional Sunday night jazz sessions.
As the name suggests, trombonist Bob’s repertoire includes many of the tunes made famous by jazz legend ‘Bix’ Beiderbecke.
Trevor Jones, jazz club organiser, said: “Again, this will be an excellent evening of lively, foot tapping entertainment, especially for our dancers.”
The event runs from 8pm until 10.30pm and admission on the door costs £5.
