TOM Jones fans can see him perform in spectacular woodland locations across the country as part of the summer concert series, Forest Live.

The Welsh star has sustained his popularity as a live performer and recording artist in a remarkable career spanning over five decades.

Known for hits including It’s Not Unusual, Kiss, Delilah, What’s New Pussycat and I’ll Never Fall In Love Again, he is one of the few musical artists whose profession began at the dawn of modern popular music who continues to have a vital recording and performing career to this day.

Jones, who recently resumed his coaching role on The Voice UK alongside fellow coaches Will.I.Am, Jennifer Hudson and Gavin Rossdale, is "delighted" to once again be part of Forest Live, organised by the Forestry Commission.

He said: “I had a great time being part of the Forest Live concerts last year, so I am delighted to be coming back again and performing in three more of these beautiful woodland locations. "It’s important that people are aware of our forests and come to enjoy them, so I hope you can join me.”

He will perform at Sherwood Pines Forest, near Mansfield, on June 24, Delamere Forest, near Northwich, on July 1 and Cannock Chase Forest, near Rugeley, on July 9.

Tickets cost £46.50 (plus £5.15 booking fee) and available from 9am on Friday (February 24) by calling 03000 680400 or visiting www.forestry.gov.uk/music.
