THE Mystery Machine will be stopping off in the Black Country as part of a brand new Scooby-Doo stage show.
Scooby-Doo! The Mystery of the Pyramid will run at Wolverhampton Grand Theatre from Thursday July 17 to Sunday July 20.
Based on the cartoon classic, the play will see the world’s most excitable Great Dane and friends Shaggy, Fred, Velma and Daphne transported to ancient Egypt to try and solve the mystery of Pharaoh Hatchepsout’s pyramid.
Remaining true to the animations that inspired the 1970s TV show, the production features the original signature theme song and sees authentic sound effects mixed with physical comedy to bring to life the spooky story which promises to entertain young and old Scooby fans alike.
Presented by Warner Bros and Chas Elliot for CTI Productions, the show runs at the Lichfield Street venue at 6.30pm on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
There are also matinee shows on Saturday at 2.30pm and Sunday at 1pm and 4.30pm.
Tickets, priced £19.50, are available from the box office on 01902 429212 or online at www.grandtheatre.co.uk
