POLICE are appealing for information after an 89-year-old Dudley man was burgled by two teenagers.
The incident happened yesterday (Wednesday 21) between 12.45pm and 1.25pm at an address in Lightwood Road.
A male, aged approximately 16-years-old and a female, aged around 14-years-old, knocked on the door of the home of the elderly gentleman.
The male was holding a bunch of pink flowers and a packet of crisps and the female was also holding a packet of crisps. They spoke to the man before the young man brushed past the victim, went into the house and stole a quantity of cash.
The male teenage offender was white, slim build and around 4ft 10ins to 5ft tall. He had short dark hair and was of tidy appearance.
The young female is also white, medium build, around 4ft 6ins tall with long, dark coloured hair worn loose. They both spoke with local accents.
