SEDGLEY’S The West Brom has moved to bigger and modern premises.

The building society has only relocated opposite its previous base, but now has power-assisted doors, a welcome desk and new counters.

It also boasts three private consulting rooms, a browser wall and plasma screen to keep customers informed on new services.

Manager Dani Brookes, who lives in Sedgley and has worked at the branch for two-and-a-half years, said: “Our customers really appreciate the improved space and facilities.

“We are more accessible, making it easier for people with mobility issues and families with pushchairs. We also have three private consultation rooms, instead of just the one we had before, which helps us to raise our standard of service.”
