DISABLED Dudley residents who have been refused Government grants for much-needed bathroom adaptations because of cutbacks, are being offered help by a wetroom supplier.
Impey Showers is appealing for entries from Dudley to its Impey Cares scheme which donates showering facilities to disabled people.
The family-run company is campaigning to raise awareness of the increasingly difficult situation faced by disabled and elderly people in the wake of Government spending cuts.
Impey Cares offers free wetroom adaptations to those who desperately need the vital work to be carried out but who have been refused funding through a Disabled Facilities Grant.
Applications are invited from those with a mobility problem or disability, their carers or representatives from schools, charities and other not-for-profit organisations.
