Women's World Day of Prayer to be marked in Sedgley

SEDGLEY residents will be marking Women’s World Day of Prayer on Friday.
The event will be held at St Chad’s and All Saints Catholic Church, High Holborn at 2pm and a light lunch will be served beforehand from 12.30pm.
Sedgley branch secretary, Vanetta Griffiths, said: “The service this year has been prepared by the Christian women of France on the them ‘I was a stranger and you welcomed me’. The group will welcome Father Paul Edwards as their speaker.
All are welcome to attend, men and women.
