11:03am Sunday 10th March 2013 in News
Police are urgently appealing for the whereabouts of a 75-year-old woman from Dudley who went missing this weekend.
Ruhamah Reid was last seen at her home in Dixons Green Road at 8am yesterday (9 March) by a community care worker, though it's understood she phoned a relative in London at around 4pm.
A meals on wheels delivery driver raised the alarm later yesterday afternoon after she failed to answer her door.
She is described as a black lady, 5ft 8ins tall, thin build and with short grey hair; she wears glasses and may have a yellow pull trolley with her.
Anyone who has seen Mrs Reid since yesterday afternoon is urged to call West Midlands Police on 101.
Inspector Tim Draper, said: "Officers have searched the local area, made enquiries with relatives and checks with taxi firms, public transport and health care providers.
"Mrs Reid suffers from Alzheimer's so naturally we're concerned for her wellbeing."
