The following appeared in Dudley Magistrates Court between August 5 and 9:

Luke Horton, aged 19, of Haig Road, Kates Hill, was fined £110 and was disqualified from driving for 12 months for drink driving in a Vauxhall Corsa on Tower Street, Dudley, on May 26.

When tested he had 88mgs in 100mls of blood.

The legal limit is 80mgs.

He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

James Patrick Pearson, aged 31, of Dudley Wood Avenue, Netherton, was fined £100 when a sample taken from him found heroin may have been present in his body in Brierley Hill on July 16.

He had failed to attend an initial assessment to establish whether he was dependent upon or had a propensity to misuse a class A drug.

Pearson was ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

Jack Sidaway, aged 20, of Compton Road, Cradley Heath, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for an assault in Stourbridge on July 19.

He was ordered to pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

Declan Jordan Oliver Breakwell, aged 21 of Stepping Stones, Stourbridge, was sent to prison for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months for damaging a window to the value of £500 belonging to The Queens Head public house in Stourbridge on May 26.

He must participate in an offending behavioural programme for 60 days, pay compensation of £500, a victim surcharge of £80 and £85 court costs.

Brett Andrew Parfitt, aged 24, of Purley Wharf, Netherton, was given a 12-month community order for assaulting a woman in Dudley on June 29.

He must participate in an alcohol workbook for 14 days and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Kathryn Joanna Wynne, aged 31, of Islington, Halesowen, was given a 12-month community order for dishonestly undertaking or assisting in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of a stolen cheque to the value of £524 belonging to Natwest in Halesowen on May 24.

She was also sentenced for dishonestly undertaking or assisting in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of a stolen Lloyds AGM bank notice to the value of 1p in Brierley Hill on May 15.

She must have treatment for drug dependency at Atlantic House as a non-resident patient for six months and pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Michael James Craddock, aged 57, of Albert Road, Halesowen, was fined £365 for speeding in a BMW on Manor Way, Halesowen, on May 5.

He was given six penalty points and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £37 and £60 court costs.

Jordan Edward Dixon, aged 21 of Evers Street, Quarry Bank, was fined £105 for speeding in a Rover Metro on Manor Way, Halesowen, on June 13.

He was given six penalty points and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £60 court costs.

Shahzad Shafquat, aged 52, of Brigadoon Gardens, Pedmore, was fined £665 for speeding in a BMW on Manor Road, Halesowen, on June 20.

He was given six penalty points and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £67 and £60 court costs.

Syed Ahtsham, aged 33, of Shelton Lane, Halesowen, was fined £600 for driving a Mercedes on Queensway, Halesowen, on July 1 when the glass in the front drivers and passengers window rendered the vehicle dangerous to drive in as they were too dark and the registration mark fixed on the front and rear of the car had dark window tint fitted over them and the spacing was incorrect.

He was given three penalty points and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £40 and £85 court costs.

James Oliver Bennett, aged 22, of New Rowley Road, Dudley, was fined £600 for driving a Vauxhall on High Street, Dudley, without insurance on June 8.

He was given six penalty points and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Garry Richard Bingham, aged 40, of Bradley Road, Stourbridge, was fined £400 for speeding in a Vauxhall on Manor Way, Halesowen, on April 27.

He was given six penalty points and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £40 and £85 court costs.

Matthew Brown, aged 31, of Hyperion Road, Stourton, was fined £515 for speeding in a BMW on Hagley Road, Halesowen, on July 8.

He was given six penalty points and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £52 and £60 court costs.

Richard Cartwright, aged 35, of Racecourse Lane, Stourbridge, was fined £335 for speeding in a Mercedes on Manor Way, Halesowen, on April 27.

He was given four penalty points and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and £60 court costs.

Ometa Dildar, aged 47, of Hagley Road, Halesowen, was fined £365 for speeding in a Honda on Halgey Road West, Halesowen, on April 18.

She was given four penalty points and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £37 and £60 court costs.

Rose Flynn, aged 23, of Oak Lane Caravan Park, Kingswinford, was fined £800 for driving a Hyundai on Commonside, Pensnett, on May 4 without a license or insurance.

She was given six penalty points and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Rajpal Nandra, aged 32, of Quarry Park Road, Stourbridge, was fined £600 for speeding in a Mercedes on Manor Way, Halesowen, on July 8.

He was given six penalty points and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £60 court costs.

Rikki Dean Walters, aged 26, of Stretton Place, Netherton, was fined £50 for possessing cannabis and resisting a police officer in the execution of duty on July 14 in Dudley.

He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £50 court costs.

Leon Altaf Zaman, aged 32, from Wallows Road, Brierley Hill, was fined £600 for driving a Honda on Broad Street, Brierley Hill, without insurance on January 30.

He was given six penalty points and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Luke Hughes-Roberts, aged 21, of Islington, Halesowen, was sent to prison for 24 weeks for stealing a pair of sunglasses worth £70 from Specsavers, Hagley, on July 29 whilst subject to a suspended sentence.

Shane William Patrick O’Rourke, aged 25, of Black Acre Road, Buffrey, was sent to prison for 22 weeks for driving a Ford Mondeo on Chapel Street, Pensnett, without insurance whilst disqualified and subject to a conditional discharge on July 15.

He was disqualified from driving for two years.

David Ray Perrins, aged 25, of Watery Lane, Wordsley, was fined £220 and disqualified from driving for 12 months for drink driving in a Ford Escort on Level Street, Brierley Hill, on July 21 without insurance.

When tested he had 47mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath.

The legal limit is 35mcgs.

He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Jake Anthony Hill, aged 20, of Church Street, Stourbridge, was fined £150 for possessing a £50 bag of cannabis and cannabis resin in Stourbridge on July 21.

He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

Lea Gavin Brown, aged 28 of Tanfield Road, Dudley, was given a 12-month community order for obstructing a police officer in the execution of duty and failing to provide a non-intimate sample to ascertain whether he had a class A drug in his body.

He must carry out 40 hours of unpaid work and pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £150 court costs.

Sasha Louise McColl, aged 26, of High Street, Brierley Hill, was discharged conditionally for six months for dishonestly wasting or diverting electricity of unknown value in Brierley Hill between January 1 and July 9 this year.

She was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15.

Ryan Leslie Morris, aged 35 of King Street, Lye, was sent to prison for six weeks, suspended for 12 months for assaulting two women in Brierley Hill on June 17.

He must pay compensation of £125, a victim surcharge of £80 and £85 court costs.

Kevin Bray, aged 64 of Queensway, Wollescote, Stourbridge, was fined £250 for being a trader engaged in a commercial practice which by omission was misleading in that its factual context omitted the consumer’s right to cancel the transaction in the borough of Dudley on November 11, 2011.

He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £500 court costs.

Gareth Lee Bowen, aged 31, of Plant Court, Brierley Hill, was discharged conditionally for 18 months for stealing packets of bacon worth £16.90 from B&M, Brierley Hill on May 8 and four boxes of washing up tablets worth £24 from Sainsbury’s, Wordsley on April 14.

He was ordered to pay compensation of £24, a victim surcharge of £15 and £100 court costs.

Debbie Homer, aged 25, of Causeway, Rowley Regis, was discharged conditionally for six months for being drunk and disorderly in Stourbridge on July 21.

She was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

Matthew James Nock, aged 36, of Stickley Lane, was discharged conditionally for six months for being drunk and disorderly in Dudley on August 8.

He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

Paul Ishmael Truman, aged 25, of High Street, Cradley Heath, was committed to detention for six weeks, suspended for two years for stealing three joints of beef to the value of £29.61 from Aldi, Halesowen, on July 21.

He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £85 court costs.
