The following appeared in Dudley Magistrates Court between September 30 - October 4:

Scott Roger Lees, aged 27, of Western Road, Stourbridge, was sent to prison for 12 weeks for stealing alcohol, worth £4.49, from Costcutter, Stourbridge, on September 22 and stealing four cans of Strongbow, worth £4.75, from One Stop, Lye on September 25.

Katie Fay Davis, aged 27, of Glebe Lane, Stourbridge, was fined £125 and disqualified from driving for 15 months for drink driving in Stourbridge on September 15. When tested, she had 58mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. She was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Ricky Lee Poulton, aged 33, of Coombs Road, Halesowen, was disqualified from driving for three years for drink driving in Halesowen on September 13. When tested he had 93mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was given a 12 month community order and must carry out 150 hours unpaid work within the community. He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Kelly Goddard, aged 25, of Charles Road, Brierley Hill, was disqualified from driving for 20 months for drink driving in Brierley Hill on August 10. When tested she had 77mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. She was also sentenced for taking the vehicle without the owner’s consent, driving without a licence or insurance and failing to stop when required to do so by a police officer in uniform. She was given a 12 month community order and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Nathan Anthony Round, aged 23, of Severn Road, Halesowen, was given a six month community order for stealing an iPhone 5, worth £500 from Merry Hill shopping centre, Brierley Hill on June 11 and stealing various grocery items, worth £49.15, from Spar in Lye on May 28. He was ordered to pay compensation of £285 and a victim surcharge of £25.

Teresa Charlene Andrews, aged 30, of Milton Close, Amblecote, was given a one month community order for stealing four bottles of vodka, worth £80, from Asda, Brierley Hill, and having in her possession a magnet used to take off security tags, on September 9.

She was also sentenced for stealing two bottles of champagne, worth £60, from Co-op, Stourbridge on September 13 and four leather jackets, worth £159.96, from New Look, Kidderminster. She was given a one month curfew and will be electronically tagged to ensure she remains at her home address between 7pm and 6am. She must pay compensation of £150, a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Libby Marie Carter, aged 21, of Lower Derry Street, Brierley Hill, was sent to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months for assaulting a woman in Warley on May 9. She must pay compensation of £100.

Jordon John Seymour, aged 20, of Corbyn Road, Dudley, was fined £165 and disqualified from driving for 12 months for driving a Suzuki Vitara on Wolverhampton Street, Dudley, without insurance, while disqualified on June 4. He was given a one month curfew and will be electronically tagged to ensure he stays at his home address between 6pm and 6am during that time. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Becky Leanne Cook, aged 30, of Wolverhampton Street, Dudley, was sent to prison for 12 weeks for stealing meat, worth £23.40, from Asda, Dudley on September 8 and meat and cheese, worth £86, belonging to Tesco, Dudley on September 15.

Michael Patrick Harlow, aged 61, of Swan Street, Netherton, was disqualified from driving for 16 months for drink driving in a Ford Focus, on Halesowen Road, Netherton on May 20. When tested, he had 53mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £45 and £450 court costs.

Peter Clews, aged 44, of Crabbe Street, Lye, was sent to prison for 22 weeks, suspended for 18 months for entering The Crystal Leisure Centre, Stourbridge as a trespasser and stealing a JVC iPod stereo, worth £200, on January 13. He was given a two month curfew and will be electronically tagged to ensure he stays at his home address between 6pm and 6am. He was ordered to pay compensation of £200, a victim surcharge of £80 and £650 court costs.
