Netherton Arts Centre to host heritage photography exhibition

First published in News

A PHOTOGRAPHY exhibition depicting the heritage of Dudley opens at Netherton Arts Centre tomorrow (Wednesday).

The photographs are the work of adult learners who have taken part in various workshops and courses across the borough during the past 12 months.

The opening night, tomorrow, starts at 5.30pm.

As well as viewing the photographs visitors will be able to talk to learners and tutors and find out more about adult learning courses in the borough.

During the open evening there will also be a studio set up at the centre where visitors will be able to have portraits taken.

Councillor Tim Crumpton, Dudley's cabinet member for lifelong learning, said: “Not only is this a great opportunity to view some fabulous photographs of the borough but visitors can also talk to tutors and learners about our courses and on the open evening get a family portrait for Christmas.”
