A MAN will appear at Dudley Magistrates Court this morning charged with firearm and drugs offences.

The charges followed a raid by police at an address on Corser Street, Dudley, on November 28 where they discovered a quantity of drugs believed to be heroin and cocaine and a small cannabis factory.

Stefan Rattray, aged 24 from Attington Drive, Eve Hill, was charged yesterday (November 29) with possession of a firearm, ammunition and silencer. He was also charged with possession of heroin, cocaine with intent to supply and production of cannabis.

He was also charged with resisting arrest and attempted use of a firearm with intent to resist arrest.
