POLICE arrested two people after raids on a number of addresses at the Northgate House in Dudley.
A man, aged 49, was detained on suspicion of fraud and a 47-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of possession of a class a drug.
Police also seized a quantity of suspected illegal drugs during the operation, which took place on December 16 at the High Street block.
Sergeant Cliff Tomkinson from Dudley Police said: “We visited the block this morning as part of our ongoing drive to rid Dudley of illegal drugs.
“Our enquiries are continuing and we will act on all information we receive regarding the supply and production of illegal drugs in our borough."
