A MAN has denied stealing over £22,000 from his Dudley mother who is now 90 years of age.
Simon Crutchley was remanded on conditional bail by Judge Michael Dudley for trial at Wolverhampton Crown Court.
The 51-year-old pleaded not guilty to stealing a total of £22,582 from Joan Crutchley between September 30 2011 and February 1 2013.
Crutchley of Vallenders Road, Bredon, Tewksbury was told his trial is scheduled to begin on Monday June 2.
The judge said his trial was expected to last for up to four days.
