A DUDLEY venue is planning a wheely good night out for a blood bike group who deliver a vital volunteer service.

Hilly House on Himley Avenue will host a St Patrick’s night event for Midland Freewheelers who are part of the National Association of Blood Bikes who transport medical supplies including blood, pathology samples, x-rays and breast milk to hospitals around the UK.

The evening will include music from traditional Irish band, Damn the Weather, a demonstration of Irish dancing, raffle prizes and refreshments.

The free event will get under way at 8.30pm.
