STOURBRIDGE environmentalists will be showing a documentary about money and the social and economic ills it creates.

Transition Stourbridge will be screening monetary reform documentary 97% Owned at the Friends Meeting House, Scotts Road, Stourbridge, on Saturday April 5 at 7.30pm.

The film, featuring interviews and commentary from economists, campaigners and former bankers, looks at how private banks have the power to create money from nothing and looks to blame the debt based money system for social and economic problems across the world.
