The following appeared before Dudley Magistrates Court between April 7-11:

Andrew Robert Evans, aged 26, of Gladstone Road, Wollaston, was fined £265 for possessing cannabis in Stourbridge between February 3-11. Her was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £27 and £85 court costs.

Donald Bruce Orr, aged 49, of Stourbridge Road, Dudley, was given a 13 week community order for being the owner of two dogs that were dangerously out of control and injured a woman in Woodside Park, Brierley Hill, on October 7. He was given a 13 week curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am. He was ordered to pay compensation of £674.12 and court costs of £85. One of the dogs was destroyed.

Farooq Mohammed, aged 33, of Cromwell Drive, Dudley, was sent to prison for 36 weeks for stealing toiletries, worth £31.90, from Tesco Extra, Dudley, on April 6 and seven cans of deodorant from Asda, Dudley, on April 2.

Liam Robert Powell, aged 27, of Bell Street South, Brierley Hill, was sent to prison for 16 weeks for stealing £4 cash and an iPod, worth £120, in Stourbridge on April 2 and breaking a restraining order, imposed by Dudley Magistrates Court, on two occasions on April 4.

Dean Wheelwright, aged 31, of Clarence Street, Upper Gornal, was given a 12 month community order for causing £400 worth of damage to a vehicle in Lower Gornal , possessing a quantity of amphetamine in Brierley Hill and a quantity of cannabis and cannabis resin in Gornal on December 24. He was ordered to pay compensation of £150, a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Victoria Copson, aged 36, of Parks Hall Road, Upper Gornal, was fined £100 for driving while unfit through drugs in Gornal on September 17. She was disqualified from driving for 12 months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Wendy Ann Mathews, aged 50, of Platts Crescent, Amblecote, was fined £100 for using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause a person harassment, alarm or distress, in Stourbridge on October 26. She was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Jamie Thomas Cox, aged 26, of Wendover Road, Rowley Regis, was fined £300 for stealing a bottle of wine, worth £4.99, from Tesco in Stourbridge, and causing two people to feel harassed, alarmed or distressed by using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, in Stourbridge on February 28. He was ordered to pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Mark Royston Barry Tinsley, aged 32, of Wolverhampton Street, Dudley, was sent to prison for seven weeks for stealing three chocolate Easter eggs, worth £11.97, from Home Bargains, Dudley, on April 7, while subject to a community order and suspended sentence.

Reece Thomas Lavender, aged 20, of Lower High Street, Stourbridge, was sent to prison for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months, for possessing cannabis in Stourbridge on January 3. He was ordered to carry out 120 hours of unpaid work and must pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £85 court costs.

Justin Anthony Bourke, aged 38, of Greenfields Road, Kingswinford, was sent to prison for eight weeks for stealing perfume, worth £69.20, from Debenhams, Brierley Hill, on March 8, while subject to a suspended sentence.

Kyo Lucin Sayers-Walters, aged 19, of Hollies Road, Oldbury, was given a 12 month community order for stealing two polo shirts, worth £140, from JD Sports, Coventry, on April 5. He was ordered to carry out 60 hours of unpaid work and must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Andrew John Millner, aged 50, of Yew Tree Road, Netherton, was given a 12 month community order for assaulting a woman in Stourbridge on February 16. He was ordered to pay compensation of £125, a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Neil Lloyd Gordon, aged 49, of Northfield Road, Netherton, was sent to prison for 16 weeks for stealing confectionary, worth £20, from Tesco Express, Halesowen on January 30.

John William Conroy, aged 35, of Fisher Street, Brierley Hill, was given a 12 month community order for stealing a catalytic convertor in Dudley and failing to provide a sample to ascertain whether he had class A drugs in his body at Brierley Hill Police Station on January 27. He was ordered to pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £60 and £225 court costs.

Andrew William Povey, aged 48, of High Street, Lye, was sent to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months, for stealing alcohol, worth £57, from Asda, Brierley Hill, stealing razors, razor blades and a beard trimmer, worth £149.96, from Wilkinsons, Stourbridge, and failing to attend an initial assessment to establish whether he was dependent upon or had a propensity to misuse a class A drug at Brierley Hill Police Station on March 13. He was ordered to pay compensation of £149.96 and a victim surcharge of £80.

Rosemary Parretti, aged 63, of Newlands Close, Hagley, was given a 12 month community order for breaching the terms of a restraining order in Halesowen on March 3. She was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.
