FORMER Wolverhampton Wanderers defender Jody Craddock made his goal to help young Sedgley footballers kick-start their careers.
The centre back paid a visit to Dormston School, Mill Bank, on May 7 to host a football workshop for year nine and ten students.
The popular ex-player is also an accomplished artist and he took time off from the practice pitch to talk with year ten pupils about his creative new career and how to be patient and have high expectations.
Dormston school teacher, James Wilkes, said: “Jody led a Q and A session and students where able to understand the hard work needed to become a professional footballer.
“Role models like Jody are influential in shaping the lives of future generations. His visit left pupils feeling committed and determined to achieve.”
