POLICE say they are becoming increasingly concerned for the safety of a 16-year-old boy who has not been seen since leaving his Dudley home 12 days ago.
Kalem Blackburn was last seen on the morning of April 30 but after leaving his Maitland Road home the teenager failed to return later that evening.
Previously was known as Kalem Baker, the youngster is white, around five feet five, with short brown hair, brown eyes and has a small chicken pox scar to the side of his right eye.
He is thought to have been wearing a grey or dark coloured tracksuit and a baseball cap with stars on the front.
PC Luke Humphries, from Dudley Police, said: "Kalem has been missing for several days now and we are concerned for his welfare.
"We want to hear from anyone who knows of Kalem’s whereabouts to contact us or urge him to call police himself so we can confirm that he is safe and well."
Anyone with information is asked to call Dudley Police on 101.
