Hospice to bring Ladies Day to Hagley
12:29pm Thursday 29th May 2014 in News
MARY Stevens Hospice will bring the Ascot experience to Hagley with a Ladies Day full of excitement, pageantry, fashion and style.
Guests will arrive to a sparkling reception and canapés, followed by a royal race day lunch, afternoon tea and entertainment throughout.
All races will be shown on the large screens with an in house bookmaker available to take live bets.
Ascot attire is compulsory for the event, which will take place at West One, Worcester Lane, on Thursday June 19.
The hospice's lottery and special events manager, Charlotte Schofield, said: “This event is something brand new for the hospice and is a fantastic way for our supporters to enjoy all of the thrills of Ascot whilst supporting their local charity.
"We have also had a number of local businesses supporting us by sponsoring the races and horses running, as well as providing some fantastic prizes for the raffle and this support is invaluable to the hospice."
Tickets cost £49 and can be purchased from the fundraising office at the Oldswinford hospice on Hagley Road or by calling 01384 860011.
