PRIME Minister David Cameron visited the Dudley News during his whistle-stop tour of the West Midlands.
Mr Cameron took a look around the Newsquest Midlands newsroom in Stourbridge which is home to the Dudley News, taking time for a chat with reporter Martyn Smith about this week’s edition of the paper.
Following the visit today (July 7), Newsquest Midlands South group editor Paul Walker said: “It was an honour to have the Prime Minister visit our newsroom and see our operation for himself.”
Mr Cameron was in the Black Country for a visit to Halesowen College to announce the Government's Growth Fund scheme which will see millions of pounds pumped into the Black Country to improve the local economy.
