The following appeared before Dudley Magistrates Court between July 14 and 18:

Christian Peters, aged 38, of Stourbridge Road, Lye, was given a 12 month community order for possessing cannabis and diamorphine in Netherton on June 3. He must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £40 court costs.

James Nathan Baggott, aged 29, of Central Drive, Gornal, was discharged conditionally, for six months, for assaulting a woman in Dudley on May 1. He must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

Warren Kenneth Harper, aged 30, of Severn Road, Halesowen, was fined £50 for being drunk and disorderly in Colley Gate on June 13. He was also fined £50 for failing to surrender at Dudley Magistrates Court on July 2. He must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Luke Hughes-Roberts, aged 22, of Abbey Road, Colley Gate, was sent to prison for 40 weeks for stealing cheese, worth £10, from Iceland, Halesowen, on July 14, while subject to a suspended sentence.

Jamie Power, aged 38, of Smallshire Way, Wordsley, was fined £100 for stealing four pairs of sunglasses, worth £157, from TK Maxx, Brierley Hill, on July 15. He must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Catherine Bernadette Jenner, aged 47, of Haden Close, Wordsley, was fined £120 for drink driving in Stourbridge on June 25. When tested, she had 86mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. She was disqualified from driving for 18 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Ben Daniel Jordan, aged 25, of Grosvenor Way, Quarry Bank, was fined £250 for exposing his genitals in Lye on June 2. He must pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £25 and £85 court costs.

Peter Watts, aged 61, of Turners Lane, Brierley Hill, was fined £100 for drink driving in Brierley Hill on June 28. When tested, he had 79mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Rebecca Elizabeth Pickford, aged 25, of Wavell Road, Quarry Bank, was sent to prison for six weeks, suspended for 12 months, for sending a voice note and text messages of an offensive, indecent, obscene or menacing character, in Brierley Hill on June 3. She must pay a victim surcharge of £80.

Damian Barratt, aged 39, of Consort Crescent, Pensnett, was discharged conditionally for six months for sending text messages when he was prohibited to do so by a non-molestation order between May 22 and June 21. He must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

Stephen Crowe, aged 47, of Wheatstone Close, Sedgley, was fined £165 for drink driving in Dudley on June 22. When tested he had 61mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for 15 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

James Matthew Butters, aged 35, of Oakham Crescent, Dudley, was sent to prison for 26 weeks for pursuing a course of conduct, which amounted to the stalking of a woman in Wall Heath between September 25 and October 4, last year, while subject to a suspended sentence.

Lee Scott Foster, aged 25, of Langland Drive, Sedgley, was given a 12 month community order for assaulting a woman and causing £200 worth of damage to a front door in Dudley on April 13. He must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Wendy Christina Davidson, aged 21, of Hartlebury Road, Oldbury, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for assaulting two women in Dudley on December 5, last year. She must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £35 court costs.

Edwin Lynch, aged 60, of Chatsworth Mews, Wordsley, was given a 12 month community order for assaulting a woman in Stourbridge on May 21. He must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £40 court costs.

Thomas William Ball, aged 25, of Bourne Street, Dudley, was fined £200 for drink driving in Brierley Hill, without a licence or insurance, on July 1. When tested, he had 68mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Lucy Diane Southall, aged 31, of Leabank Road, Netherton, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for stealing groceries, worth £110.38, from Asda, Halesowen, on July 2. She must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

Zoe Clare Mallen, aged 40, of High Oak, Pensnett, was sent to prison for 42 weeks, for stealing items, worth £527.96, from supermarkets in Wednesbury, Brierley Hill and Stourbridge, between May 30 and June 10, while subject to a suspended sentence. She was also sentenced for failing to surrender to custody at Dudley Magistrates Court on July 15, having been released on bail.

Sean David Greening, aged 25, of Kings Street, Dudley, was discharged conditionally for 18 months for stealing two charity containers, worth £185, from Heron Foods, Dudley, on June 22. He must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

Paul Hoban, aged 32, of Caslon Crescent, Stourbridge, was discharged conditionally for six months for being drunk and disorderly in Stourbridge on June 30. He must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

Ashley Stephen Richards, aged 20, of Laurel Road, Wrens Nest, was given a 12 week community order for assaulting a man in Dudley on March 22. He was given a 12 week curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am. He must pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Stephen John Weston, aged 35, of Halesowen Road, Old Hill, was discharged conditionally for 12 months, for stealing four joints of meat, worth £50.42, from Asda, Halesowen, on June 23. He must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.
