THE following appeared at Dudley Magistrates Court between October 6 and 10:

Paul Kevin Burton, aged 35, of Wolverhampton Street, Dudley, was fined £50 for stealing meat, worth £33.65, from Aldi, Brierley Hill, on September 13, while subject to a conditional discharge. He must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

David John Barrett, aged 50, of Love Lane, Stourbridge, was sent to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months for stealing alcohol, worth £55.50, from Asda, Halesowen, on August 16. He was also sentenced for stealing meat and cheese, worth £27, from Iceland, Warley, on August 12. He must pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £100 court costs.

Kieran Daniel Taplin, aged 26, of Cols Street, Netherton, was sent to prison for 22 weeks, suspended for 12 months, for stealing a pressure washer, worth £69.99, from Home Bargains, Dudley, on October 3 and stealing a vacuum cleaner, worth £39.99, from Home Bargains, Dudley, on October 5, while subject to a conditional discharge. He must pay compensation of £69.99, a victim surcharge of £80 and £85 court costs.

Richard Steven Lawley, aged 35, of Churchward Close, Stourbridge, was given a 12 month community order for stealing items worth £114.21 from shops in Lye, Wordsley and Pensnett between August 10 and 18. He must pay compensation of £125.73.

Stephen Phillips, aged 41, of Nanaimo Way, Kingswinford, was given a 12 month community order for assaulting a man in Stourbridge on May 16. He must complete 80 hours unpaid work, pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £60 and £500 court costs.

Mark John Bilsby, aged 50, of Naggersfield Road, Brierley Hill, was sent to prison for 24 weeks for stealing lead, worth £500, in Halesowen on May 27, while subject to a suspended sentence.

Jamie Lee Bourne, aged 34, of Pedmore Road, Lye, was sent to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months, for stealing lead, worth £500, in Halesowen on May 27, while subject to a community order. He must complete 100 hours unpaid work and pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £120 court costs.

David Anthony Fletcher, aged 21, of Junction Road, Stourbridge, was given a 12 month community order for stealing lead, worth £500, in Halesowen on May 27. He must complete 100 hours unpaid work and pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £120 court costs.

John Malpass, aged 31, of Brelades Close, Dudley, was fined £320 for possessing cocaine in Gornal on September 19. He must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and £85 court costs.

John Ernest Edward Shillingford, aged 29, of Lindsey Place, Brierley Hill, was given a 12 month community order for stealing a Junior Tab, worth £79.99, from Aldi, Netherton, on August 24. He must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Jason Richard Sidaway, aged 46, of Lindsey Place, Brierley Hill, was given a 12 month community order for stealing whisky, worth £38, from Sainsbury’s, Brierley Hill, on September 4. He was given a 12 week curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am. He must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Richard Aston Swann, aged 42, of Roper Walk, Sedgley, was given a 12 month community order for drink driving in Sedgley on August 10. When tested he had 137mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for 30 months and must complete 120 hours unpaid work. He must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

David Wesley Flavell, aged 31, of Heathfield Gardens, Stourbridge, was sent to prison for eight weeks for entering a house in Wollaston as a trespasser with intent to steal on October 1. He must pay compensation of £200.

Phillip William Scott, aged 38, of Holly Bush Lane, Stourbridge, was sent to prison for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months, for drink driving in South East London on August 23. When tested he had 132mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for 36 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £85 court costs.

Lee Avey, aged 34, of Seven Road, Colley Gate, was sent to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months, for harassing a woman in Dudley between September 20 and October 5. He was also fined £50 for possessing cannabis in Cradley on October 5. He must pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £80 and £85.

Wesley Steven Smile, aged 26, of High Street, Dudley, was discharged conditionally for nine months for stealing deodorant, worth £23.07 from Asda, Dudley, on September 20. He must pay a £15 victim surcharge.

Damian Ronald Sutton, aged 20, of Bague Walk, Brierley Hill, was given a six month community order for assaulting a woman in Dudley on September 19. He was given an eight week curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 8pm and 6am. He must pay compensation of £150, a victim surcharge of £80 and £85 court costs.

Dean Wheelwright, aged 31, of Clarence Street, Sedgley, was sent to prison for 10 weeks, suspended for 12 months for failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis during the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence. He was also sentenced for driving without a licence or insurance and having a machete in a public place, in Dudley on September 24. He must pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £85 court costs.

Wayne Geoffrey Darlow, aged 34, of Belmont Road, Brierley Hill, was given a 12 month community order for assaulting a man in Featherstone on May 22. He was also sentenced for failing to surrender to custody at Cannock Magistrates Court on June 12. He must pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Bridget Ann Nash, aged 30, of Hollybush Grove, Quinton, was fined £600 for being drunk and disorderly in Cradley on June 13. She must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £300 court costs.

Jeanette MacDonald, aged 43, of High Street, Lye, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for stealing perfume, cosmetics and pet products, worth £136.96, from Wilkinsons, Stourbridge, and three boxes of wine, worth £49.97, from Tesco, Stourbridge, on September 19. She must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

Callum James Bates, aged 18, of Belle Isle, Brockmoor, was given a 12 month community order for assaulting a woman in Dudley on July 20. He must carry out 125 hours of unpaid work, pay compensation of £50, a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

James Michael Wallace, aged 30, of Tiled House Lane, Pensnett, was sent to prison for 20 weeks for breaching two restraining orders on April 7.

Gareth Lee Bowen, aged 33, of Plant Court, Brierley Hill, was given a 12 month community order for stealing a television, worth £400, in Brierley Hill on July 26. He was given a four month curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 9pm and 6am. He must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Brian Finch, aged 44, of Ash Road, Dudley, was sent to prison for 20 weeks, suspended for two years, from drink driving in Dudley on August 27. When tested he had 106mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for 36 months. He was given a four month curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am. Finch must also pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £85 court costs.

Ricki Junior Wilson, aged 23, of Wrens Nest Road, Dudley, was given a 12 month community order for damaging property, electrical items, internal walls and fixtures at a property in Dudley on July 25. He must carry out 80 hours unpaid work and pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Jade Nicole Louise Ellis, aged 22, of Pensnett Road, Holly Hall, was discharged conditionally for six months for stealing an iPhone 5s in Stourbridge between July 10 and 12. She must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £250 court costs.

Marc Anthony Hill, aged 44, of Church Street, Lower Gornal, was fined £100 for drink driving, without insurance, in Dudley on September 22. When tested he had 73mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Jacqueline Stockford, aged 69, of Earlswood Road, Kingswinford, was fined £100 for failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis during the course of an investigation into whether she had committed an offence, in Brierley Hill on September 23. She was disqualified from driving for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Samuel Mark Cooper, aged 18, of Avon Road, Colley Gate, was fined £55 for supplying cannabis in Pensnett on August 19. He must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Jay Lee Gallier, aged 25, of Dudley Road, Brierley Hill, was given a 12 month community order for causing £100 worth of damage to a door and assaulting a police officer in the execution of his duty, in Dudley on August 28. He must pay compensation of £50, a victim surcharge of £60 and £40 court costs.

Kevin Darrell Marriott, aged 53, of Greenhill Road, Halesowen, was given a 12 month community order for assaulting a man in Stourbridge on May 29. He must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.
