FRIGHTENINGLY free fun is on offer at Merry Hill this half-term, with storytelling, crafty activities and spooky face painting on offer.

The jam-packed week kicks off with children’s favourites and stars of Ben & Holly’s Little Kingdom holding free storytelling sessions throughout the day on Monday (October 27).

Things will take a spooky turn on Tuesday (October 28) when the Brierley Hill shopping centre’s popular Mummy Mornings session gets a Halloween twist.

Little monsters will get trick or treat goody bags and be able to take part in craft activities, face painting, a spooky parade and more.

Ghouls and boys can try their hand at pumpkin carving with workshops all day on Wednesday (October 29), while crafty kids can get stuck into making their own creepy creations on Thursday (October 30).

Spooky cupcake workshops will be taking place all day on Friday (October 31), as well as a special trick or treat trail around the centre.

Entry forms can be collected from customer services, spot the creepy characters hidden around the centre and exchange your completed form in exchange for some free sweets.

Kelly Reed, senior marketing manager at Merry Hill, said: “We can’t wait to get stuck in with all the fangtastic activities planned in for this half-term—with such a range of things to do to keep kids occupied, there’s sure to be something for everyone.

“Halloween always goes down a treat with our shoppers, and we hope to see everyone getting into the spooky spirit this half-term.”
