NETHERTON folk are being given the chance to find out about free services from a range of organisations.

The area’s neighbourhood policing team is hosting a meeting for people to get help with financial and debt concerns, advice on training or support with housing and crime issues.

Dudley Council’s housing support team will be on hand to offer help with housing queries, a CAB debt advisor will be able to discuss financial and debt concerns while the Just Straight Talk group will be chatting about training and employment.

The council’s living well and feeling safe team will provide practical safety, security and wellbeing guidance. There will also be representatives from West Midlands Fire Service to give free fire safety advice and Netherton Policing Team will be on hand to security mark push bikes and mobile phones and provide recommendations on home security.

The event will take place on Tuesday November 11 from 1.30pm to 3.30pm at Compton Court, Baptist End Road.
