A DUDLEY sex attacker who moved to another house in breach of the terms of his sex offenders' registration has been allowed to keep his freedom.
Paul Harrison who lived in Highgate Road had been jailed for a total of eight years in 2005 for offences including indecent assault on a schoolgirl.
But after his release on licence from custody in 2010 he moved to an address in the Dawley area of Telford, Wolverhampton Crown Court was told.
Harrison, aged 45, admitted breaching the rules of the order and he was given a 12 month jail term suspended for two years.
He was further placed on supervision for a year, ordered to carry out 100 hours unpaid work in the community and to pay £150 costs.
