THE following appeared at Dudley Magistrates Court between December 8-12:

Leigh Paul Roberts, aged 33, of Wrens Nest Road, Dudley, was fined £360 for drink driving in Dudley on November 14. When tested he had 60mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for 17 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £36.

Stuart Lee Salt, aged 33, of King Street, Dudley, was discharged conditionally for 18 months for stealing a TV, worth £599, from Tesco, Dudley, on November 8. He must pay a victim surcharge of £15.

Josh Paul Haden, aged 20, of Severn Road, Colley Gate, was fined £135 for entering Vets 4 Pets, Halesowen, as a trespasser with intent to steal, on February 21. He must pay compensation of £80, a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Jessica Megan Mason, aged 27, of Claycroft Place, Lye, was given a 12 month community order for stealing DVDs, worth £303, from Asda, Merry Hill, on September 4 and DVDs, worth £270, from BHS, Wolverhampton, on October 6. She must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Nigel Robert Little, aged 35, of St Mary’s Court, Brierley Hill, was given a 12 month community order for stealing confectionary, worth £150, from Poundland, Brierley Hill, on October 23. He must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Liam David Payne, aged 25, of Chapel Street, Lye, was given a 12 month community order for causing £150 of damage to a pane of glass in Lye on October 24 and possessing two hammers in a public place on October 25. He must carry out 120 hours of unpaid work and pay compensation of £120, a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Steven John Tibbetts, aged 46, of Bridgnorth Road, Wollaston, was given a 12 month community order for failing to provide a specimen of blood for testing during the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence, on October 27. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months and must carry out 160 hours unpaid work and pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Robson Chidamwoyo, aged 54, of Merryfield Road, Russells Hall, was sent to prison for 22 weeks, suspended for 12 months, for drink driving, without a licence or insurance, in Dudley on August 14. When tested, he had 84mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs.He was also sentenced for driving without a licence or insurance in Brierley Hill on July 30 and failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis during the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence. He was disqualified from driving for 30 months and must carry out 150 hours of unpaid work. He must pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £365 court costs.

Robert Pardoe, aged 40, of Pedmore Road, Brierley Hill, was fined £73 for stealing perfume, worth £39.99, from TK Maxx, Brierley Hill, on November 21. He must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Dean Anthony Cartwright, aged 45, of Oak Street, Kingswinford, was given a 12 month community order for assaulting a man and woman in Kingswinford on June 29. He must pay compensation of £20, a victim surcharge of £60 and £200 court costs.

Luke Martin Evans, aged 19, of Wallows Road, Brierley Hill, was given a 12 month community order for assaulting a woman in Kingswinford on August 25.He must carry out 60 hours unpaid work and pay compensation of £20 and a £60 victim surcharge.

Adrian Martin Holloway, aged 47, of Blakedown Road, Halesowen, was fined £60 for speeding in Halesowen on February 26. He was also sentenced for failing to give information to police regarding the identification of the driver of a vehicle, who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence, between March 4 and April 1. He was given three penalty points and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £40 court costs.

Peter Clewes, aged 45, of Collis Street, Amblecote, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for stealing a Yankee Candle, worth £19.99, from Hallmark Stores, Stourbridge, on November 13. He must pay compensation of £19.99, a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

Harpreet Singh, aged 34, of Fairway Road, Oldbury, was fined £105 for failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis during the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence, in Brierley Hill, on November 14. He was given 10 penalty points and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Layla Marie Gould, aged 30, of John Street, Brierley Hill, was given a 12 month community order for stealing confectionary from Poundland, Brierley Hill, on October 23 and meat from Asda, Brierley Hill, on November 14. She must pay compensation of £5, a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.
