MORE than 700 homes across the region have been put on a West Midlands Ambulance Service warning list.
The service, which covers the West Midlands, Worcestershire, Shropshire and Herefordshire, has put properties on the list where paramedics or staff have been previously assaulted and homes with aggressive dogs.
Other reasons for being on the list include houses of patients with medical conditions who could become emotionally volatile.
About 120 properties have been handed a violence flag and another 580 homes a less severe caution flag.
Ambulance crews have also been advised to wait for a police escort before attending some addresses on the list.
Homes across the Black Country and North Worcestershire are on the warning list, with Kidderminster and Wyre Forest’s DY11 postcode being named as the fifth highest area in the region for violence flagged properties.
