THE following appeared at Dudley Magistrates Court between March 23 and 27:

Ben Holloway, aged 22, of The Oval, Dudley, was given a 12 month community order for harassing a woman between November 14 and December 16, 2014. He must carry out 60 hours of unpaid work and pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Nathan Anthony Round, aged 24, of Wavell Road, Quarry Bank, was sent to prison for 48 weeks, suspended for 12 months for stealing items worth £2,490, from shops in Warley and Brierley Hill between October 10 and November 2, 2014. He was also sentenced for failing to attend a follow up appointment at Atlantic House, Lye on October 7, 2014 and failing to surrender to custody at Black Country Magistrates Court on October 23, 2014 and Sandwell Magistrates Court on November 5, 2014, having been released on bail. He must carry out 200 hours of unpaid work and pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £485 court costs.

Scott Garrington, aged 44, of Bridgnorth Road, Wollaston, was discharged conditionally for receiving stolen goods, worth £200, between May 21 and 30, 2014. He was also fined £60 for failing to surrender to custody at Dudley Magistrates Court, having been released on bail on July 22, October 23 and November 19, 2014. He must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

Simeon Charles Humphries, aged 28, of The Wickets, Brierley Hill, was given a 12 month community order for assaulting a woman in Brierley Hill on August 24, 2014. He must carry out 80 hours of unpaid work and pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £60 and £150 court costs.

Dale Martin Mansell, aged 33, of Priory Road, Dudley, was sent to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months for stealing deodorant, worth £35.82, from B&M Bargains, Dudley, on March 22. He must pay compensation of £25.82.

Kirsty Lauren Noakes, aged 25, of Ploverdale Crescent, Kingswinford, was sent to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months for stealing items, worth £182.18, from shops in Stourbridge, Kingswinford and Brierley Hill between January 21 and February 12. She must pay compensation of £182.18, a victim surcharge of £80 and £160 court costs.

Lee Parsons, aged 42, of Bell Street South, Brierley Hill, was given a 12 month community order for causing £1,000 worth of damage to an A board and window in Brierley Hill on December 7, 2014. He was also sentenced for using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause a person to believe that violence would be used against them in Brierley Hill on December 7, 2014. He was given a two month curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 6am. He must pay £300 compensation, a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Simon James Simpkins, aged 45, of Brook Crescent, Wollescote, was discharged conditionally for two years for harassing a woman in Halesowen between November 10, 2014 and February 23. He must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

Donna Rich, aged 36, of Hawbush, Brierley Hill, was given a 12 month community order for assaulting a man in Brierley Hill on January 20. She must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Christopher Robert Windmill, aged 24, of Barn Close, Stourbridge, was discharged conditionally for six months for causing £100 worth of damage to a vehicle in Stourbridge on February 10. He must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £50 court costs.

Jessica Megan Mason, aged 27, of Claycroft Place, Lye, was sent to prison for six weeks, suspended for 12 months, for stealing items worth £440.64, from shops in Brierley Hill on February 1. She must pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £250 court costs.

Mark Anthony Stokes, aged 19, of Russells Hall Road, Dudley, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for causing £100 worth of damage to a window in Dudley on February 17. He must pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £15 and £40 court costs.

Refik Uka, aged 50, of Claycroft Place, Stourbridge, was disqualified from driving for five years after failing to provide a specimen of breath during the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence, in Dudley on February 21. He must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.
