THE following appeared at Dudley Magistrates Court between May 11 and 15:

Matthew John Connelly Dillon, aged 53, of Archer Court, Lye, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for stealing aftershave and an angle grinder, worth £129.99, from Wilkinson, Stourbridge, on April 9. He must pay compensation of £129.99.

Rebecca Jade Grace Cooper, aged 20, of Park Road, Netherton, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for using a public electronic communications network for the purpose of causing annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety to another, in Dudley on May 9. She must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £235 court costs.

Lee James Fisher, aged 34, of Chiltern Close, Lower Gornal, was given a 12 month community order for stealing meat, worth £50, from Sainsbury’s Local, Wordsley, on April 30, and a vacuum, worth £199.99, from Aldi, Stourbridge, on May 6. He must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £235 court costs.

Liam Michael John Griffiths, aged 23, of Milton Street, Pensnett, was fined £300 for stealing a catalytic converter in Brierley Hill between July 2 and 4. He must pay compensation of £1,050, a victim surcharge of £30 and £620 court costs.

Bradley Patrick Thomas Mohammed, aged 19, of Tenacre Lane, Upper Gornal, was given a 12 month community order for assaulting a man in Dudley on September 14, 2014. He must carry out 60 hours unpaid work and pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £310 court costs.

Roan Mullings, aged 34, of Wolverhampton Road, Dudley, was sent to prison for 20 weeks, suspended for 12 months for assaulting a woman in Brierley Hill on March 29. He must carry out 50 hours unpaid work, pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £450 court costs.

David John Cullis, aged 37, of Lindsey Place, Brierley Hill, was sent to prison for six weeks, suspended for 12 months, for stealing washing tablets, worth £38.18, from McColl’s, Brierley Hill, on January 11. He was given a one month curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am. He must pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £85 court costs.

Kurtis Terence Cy Burrows, aged 23, of Himley Road, Dudley, was fined £65 for stealing alcohol, worth £28.80, from stores in Lower Gornal on April 6. He must pay compensation of £28.80 and £85 court costs.

Gary Edward Steadman, aged 53, of Middlepark Road, Dudley, was fined £200 for drink driving in Dudley on May 5. When tested he had 65mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for 16 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £235 court costs.

Michelle Alexandra Sykes, aged 35, of Dunns Bank, Quarry Bank, was sent to prison for 12 weeks for stealing items, worth £724.68, from Sainsbury’s, Wordsley, on April 26 and 27. She was also sentenced for stealing items, worth £654.01, from stores in Gornal and Stourbridge between April 29 and May 6, whilst on bail. She must pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £180 court costs.

Paul Armson, aged 49, of Upper Ashley Street, Halesowen, was given a 12 month community order for drink driving in Halesowen on April 4. When tested, he had 98mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for two years and must carry out 120 hours of unpaid work. He must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Sandris Vedze, aged 32, of Broom Road, Dudley, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for stealing razors, worth £30, from Wilko, Dudley, on April 17. He must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £235 court costs.

Connor James Turbill, aged 18, of Beech Street, Halesowen was discharged conditionally for 12 months for stealing items, worth £414.49, in Halesowen, on March 28. He must pay compensation of £75, a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

David Anthony Fletcher, aged 22, of Fens Crescent, Pensnett, was sent to prison for 28 days for entering a dwelling in Brierley Hill as a trespasser and stealing £2.20 cash, whilst on licence. He must pay compensation of £50, a victim surcharge of £80 and £85 court costs.

Lee Stuart Porter, aged 30, of Penzer Street, Kingswinford, was given a 12 month community order for assaulting a woman in Stourbridge on November 23, 2014. He must carry out 100 hours unpaid work and pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £60 and £310 court costs.

Lee James Radford, aged 36, of Churchward Close, Stourbridge, was given a 12 month community order for assaulting a woman in Stourbridge on November 28, 2014. He must carry out 100 hours unpaid work, pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £60 and £310 court costs.

Michael John Idoine, aged 45, of Moorvale Street, Lye, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for stealing items, worth £113.96, from Hallmark, Stourbridge, between September 12 and October 20, 2014. He was also sentenced for failing to surrender to custody at Dudley Magistrates Court on May 13, having been released on bail. He must pay compensation of £73.96, a victim surcharge of £15 and £250 court costs.

Josie Bernadette Flynn, aged 32, of Jasmine Road, Kates Hill, was sent to prison for six weeks, suspended for 12 months, for stealing food from Heron Foods, Kingswinford, on April 12 and 21, while subject to a conditional discharge. She must pay compensation of £90, a victim surcharge of £80 and £235.

Jodie Dawn Louise Westwood, aged 31, of Wrens Hill Road, Dudley, was given a six week community order for stealing candles, worth £119.94, from Boots, Brierley Hill, on May 5. She was given a six week curfew and for the duration must remain at her home address between 7pm and 7am. She must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £235 court costs.

Ian Donovan Taylor, aged 36, of Milton Close, Amblecote, was sent to prison for 12 weeks for stealing alcohol, worth £42, from Co-op, Stourbridge, on April 15 and 20. He must pay a victim surcharge of £80.

Isaiah Cord, aged 20, of Jasmine Road, Kates Hill, was fined £200 for possessing cannabis in Brierley Hill on September 14, 2014. He must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Andrew Paul Hodgkiss, aged 28, of Kennedy Crescent, Lower Gornal, was given a 12 month community order for stealing items worth £59.97, from Boots, Dudley, on April 22. He must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £235 court costs.

Lydia Wendy Turner, aged 36, of Blakedown Road, Halesowen, was sent to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months, for stealing £40 from a woman in Stourbridge on April 21. She was given a six month curfew and for the duration must remain at her home address between 7pm and 7am. She must pay compensation of £40, a victim surcharge of £80 and £235 court costs.

Scott Cameron Winsley, aged 26, of Sandringham Road, Wordsley, was given a 12 month community order for assaulting a man in Brierley Hill on July 19, 2014. He must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work, pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.
