THE following appeared before Dudley Magistrates Court between October 5 and 9:

Vladimirs Konstantinovic Kiselevs, aged 35, of Birmingham Street, Oldbury, was sent to prison for 16 weeks for stealing a dash camera and sat nav, worth £130, in Halesowen on October 4, while subject to a suspended sentence. He must pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £150 court costs.

Frankie Michael O’Donnell, aged 29, of Chester Avenue, Dudley, was discharged conditionally for 18 months for stealing chocolate, worth £30, from Heron Foods, Dudley, on August 7. He must pay compensation of £15, a victim surcharge of £15 and £285 court costs.

Christopher David Carter, aged 49, of Bromley Lane, Kingswinford, was sent to prison for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months, for drink driving in Brierley Hill on August 29. When tested, he had 128mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was given a three month curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 5am and was disqualified from driving for 30 months. He must pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £285 court costs.

Paul Albert Mottram, aged 29, of Rowan Road, Sedgley, was sent to prison for 16 weeks, suspended for 24 months, for assaulting a woman in Coseley on August 16. He must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work and pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £285 court costs.

Jason Paul Stevenson, aged 34, of Union Street, Stourbridge, was given a three year community order for sending messages via Facebook that were in whole or part of an indecent or grossly offensive nature for the purpose of causing distress or anxiety to the recipients, between February 24 and May 12. He must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £315 court costs.

Jason Thomas Jones, aged 44 of Vicarage Road, Lye, was sent to prison for 18 weeks, suspended for 12 months for entering Chase Car Spares, Lye, as trespasser and stealing £80 cash, between September 30 and October 2. He was given a three month curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am. He must pay compensation of £280, a victim surcharge of £80 and £265 court costs.

Ian Patrick Stewart, aged 43, of Lloyd Street, Buffery, was fined £120 for assaulting a police officer in the execution of his duty, in Brierley Hill, on September 4. He must pay compensation of £50, a victim surcharge of £20 and £235 court costs.

Anthony Hodgkiss, aged 29, of Osprey Drive, Russells Hall, was sent to prison for 16 weeks, suspended for 12 months, for stealing items, worth £89.33, from stores in Dudley between September 19 and 25, while subject to a community order. He must pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £150 court costs.

Stephen Keith Howe, aged 32, of Water Road, Lower Gornal, was fined £120 for breaching a non-molestation order in Dudley on September 12. He must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £265 court costs.

Donna Marie Lerwill, aged 32, of High Street, Amblecote, was sent to prison for 16 weeks for stealing meat, worth £100, from Aldi, Stourbridge, on September 1, while subject to a suspended sentence. She must pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £150 court costs.

Bradd Roberts, aged 21, of Wendover Road, Rowley Regis, was fined £250 for breaching a non-molestation order in Rowley Regis on August 20. He must pay a victim surcharge of £25 and £265 court costs.

Sam Jones, aged 35, of Wassell Road, Wollescote, was given a 12 month community order for assaulting a woman in Wollescote on June 18. He must carry out 80 hours unpaid work and pay compensation of £150, a victim surcharge of £60 and ££235 court costs.

James Anthony Mills, aged 21, of Spring Road, Netherton, was given a 12 month community order for harassing a woman in Brierley Hill between August 30 and September 1. He must carry out 80 hours unpaid work and pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £235 court costs.

Jasbir Uppal, aged 31, of Selbourne Road, Dudley, was given a 12 month community order for failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis during the course of an investigation into whether she had committed an offence, in Dudley, on July 30. She must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work and was disqualified from driving for three years. She must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £235 court costs.

Jenny Louise Willetts, aged 38, of Albrighton Road, Halesowen, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for assaulting a man in Halesowen on February 23.She must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £100 court costs.

Mark Pritchard, aged 42, of Cinder Bank, Netherton, was given a six month community order for breaching an injunction in Netherton on September 13. He was given a three month curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am. He must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £265 court costs.

Sheraz Ali, aged 24, of Blowers Green Crescent, Dudley, was fined £300 for drink driving in Dudley on September 19. When tested, he had 52mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for 14 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

Jason Campbell, aged 25, of Hillbank, Lye, was given a 12 month community order for dishonestly undertaking or assisting in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of a stolen car, in Stourbridge on August 27. He was also sentenced for driving without a licence or insurance and possessing cannabis. He was given six penalty points and must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work. He must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £315 court costs.

Anthony Barry Hudson, aged 49, of 92 Commonside, Pensnett, was fined £80 and given a three month community order for causing £352 worth of damage to two cars in Kingswinford on September 10 and assaulting a police officer. He was given a three month curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am. He must pay compensation of £432, a victim surcharge of £80 and £285 court costs.

Luke Hughes-Roberts, aged 24, of Islington, Halesowen, was given a 12 month community order for stealing items from stores in Stourbridge on August 26 and September 10 and a store in Birmingham on September 23. He was also sentenced for stealing a pedal cycle, worth £450, in Stourbridge on September 11 and failing to surrender to custody at Birmingham Magistrates Court on October 8, having been released on bail. He must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £135 court costs.

Thomas Roberts, aged 21, of Hartlebury Road, Oldbury, was fined £140 for driving while disqualified and without insurance, in Halesowen on September 20. He was given six penalty points and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £285 court costs.

Dean Mark Sable, aged 29, of Brooklands, Wordsley, was fined £220 for drink driving in Oldswinford on September 19. When tested, he had 65mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was also sentenced for driving without a licence or insurance and taking a vehicle without the owner’s consent. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £285 court costs.

Matthew James Webb, aged 23, of Anne Road, Quarry Bank, was fined £120 for driving without a licence, insurance or MOT in Dudley on August 31. He was given six penalty points and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £285 court costs.

Sarah Michelle Jeavons, aged 39, of Osprey Drive, Russells Hall, was sent to prison for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months, for stealing clothing, worth £44, from Asda, Merry Hill, on August 25. She must pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £285 court costs.

Gemma Maiden, aged 24, of High Street, Quarry Bank, was given a 12 month community order for drink driving in Netherton on August 8. When tested, she had 65mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. She was also sentenced for driving without a licence or insurance. She was disqualified from driving for 18 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £285 court costs.

Rachael Zoe Smart, aged 37, of Gads Green, Netherton, was given a six month community order for drink driving in Dudley on August 8. When tested, she had 108mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. She was given an eight week curfew and for the duration must remain at her home address between 7pm and 7am and was disqualified from driving for 24 months. She must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £150 court costs.
