THE following appeared at Dudley Magistrates Court between November 9 and 13:

Vaduva Catalin, aged 25, of Borough Crescent, Oldbury, was fined £300 for drink driving in Halesowen on October 11. When tested, he had 70mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was also sentenced for driving without a licence or insurance. He was disqualified from driving for 20 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £285 court costs.

Harvey Douglas Williams, aged 33 of Severn Road, Halesowen, was given a three month community order for using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with the intention to cause someone harassment, alarm or distress, in Cradley on October 2. He must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £285 court costs.

Aaron Hollingworth, aged 24, of William Street, Brierley Hill, was given a 12 month community order for assaulting a man in Netherton on November 6, 2014 and causing £100 worth of damage to a plastic window. He was given a 28 day curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am. He must pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £60 and £250 court costs.

Neville Reid, aged 56, of St Marks Road, Dudley, was fined £50 for speeding in Dudley on January 5. He was given three penalty points and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £200 court costs.

Louis John Worton, aged 58, of Church Street, Pensnett, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for assaulting a police officer in Kingswinford on October 25. He must pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £15 and £285 court costs.

Dennis Malcolm Parkes, aged 30, of Occupation Street, Dudley, was fined £1,400, for driving without a licence, insurance or MOT, in Dudley on September 9. He was given six penalty points and must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £235 court costs.

Alexis Amina Killworth, aged 31, of Merryfield Road, Dudley, was sent to prison for 16 weeks, suspended for 12 months, for stealing items worth £631.43, from stores in Dudley between September 29 and October 13, while subject to a conditional discharge. She was given a three month curfew and for the duration must remain at her home address between 7pm and 7am. She must pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £220 court costs.

Lee Alan Walton, aged 23, of Laurel Road, Wrens Nest, was discharged conditionally for 18 months, for causing £100 worth of damage to a window in Dudley on October 23. He must pay compensation of £60, a victim surcharge of £15 and £150 court costs.

Ryan Louis Edwin Burrows, aged 23, of Russell Street, Dudley, was discharged conditionally for two years for stealing a vehicle registration plate in Dudley on October 27. He must pay compensation of £15, a victim surcharge of £15 and £285 court costs.

Janet Rollinson, aged 51, of Pleasant View, Lower Gornal, was sent to prison for six weeks for stealing cheese, worth £3.98, from Iceland, Dudley, on October 20. She must pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £150 court costs.

Shallane Forsythe, aged 36, of Martley Road, Oldbury, was sent to prison for 11 months for stealing items worth £513.67 from shops in Smethwick, Warley and Birmingham between July 15 and September 25. She was also sentenced for possessing a foil line bag, for use in the course of or in connection with theft, in Birmingham on September 20. She must pay compensation of £99.98, a victim surcharge of £80 and £180 court costs.

Alexander Colin Hadley, aged 27, of Smallshire Way, Stourbridge, was given a 12 month community order for assaulting a woman in Halesowen on May 27. He was given a three month curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am. He must carry out 200 hours unpaid work and pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £60 and £1,220 court costs.

Lee Jones, aged 36, of Addison Road, Brierley Hill, was sent to prison for eight weeks for undertaking or assisting in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of a stolen debit card in Brierley Hill on November 4. He was also sentenced for committing fraud by producing a stolen bank card with intent to make a gain for himself, on two occasions in Brierley Hill on November 4 and knowingly being in a vehicle that had been taken without the owner’s consent in Brierley Hill on October 13. He must pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £365 court costs.

Bobby Mason, aged 35, of Oak Park Road, Stourbridge, was sent to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months for assaulting two women in Brierley Hill on May 16. He was given a five month curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 8pm and 6am. He must pay compensation of £150, a victim surcharge of £80 and £450 court costs.

Stuart Leslie Bell, aged 68, of Hill Street, Halesowen, was fined £60 for speeding on the M25 on June 4, 2014. He was given three penalty points and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £100 court costs.

Amran Khalid, aged 36, of Maple Road, Dudley, was sent to prison for eight weeks for attempting to steal an ambulance, belonging to West Midlands Ambulance Service, in Quarry Bank on September 17. He was also sentenced for failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis during the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence. He was disqualified from driving for two years and must pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £150 court costs.

Craig Terrence Stanway, aged 30, of High Street, Sedgley, was discharged conditionally for two years for using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress, in Dudley on March 16. The offence was racially aggravated. He must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £250 court costs.

Sarah Kimberley Cole, aged 28, of Wells Road, Brierley Hill, was given a 12 month community order for stealing joints of meat and crisps, worth £14.47, from Farmfoods, Brierley Hill, on July 5. She was given a one week curfew and for the duration must remain at her home address between 7pm and 7am. She must pay compensation of £14.47, a victim surcharge of £60 and £285 court costs.

Diane Louise Elizabeth Fairley, aged 34, of Fens Crescent, Brierley Hill, was given a 12 month community order for stealing items, worth £451, from shops in Brierley Hill on October 26 and 28. She was given a one week curfew and for the duration must remain at her home address between 7pm and 7am. She must pay compensation of £103.66, a victim surcharge of £60 and £315 court costs.

David Anthony Mills, aged 41, of Cressett Avenue, Brockmoor, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for stealing washing powder, worth £15.98, from Home Bargains, Merry Hill, on October 28. He must pay compensation of £15.98, a victim surcharge of £15 and £285 court costs.

Collette Elizabeth Campbell, aged 28, of Eagle Close, Russells Hall, was given a 12 month community order for committing fraud while she was the assistant retail manager at Footlocker, Birmingham. Between December 2014 and February 2015, she dishonestly abused her position, intending to cause loss to the company. She must carry out 120 hours unpaid work and pay compensation of £2,000, a victim surcharge of £60 and £185 court costs.

Paul Michael Davies, aged 36, of Grafton Gardens, Dudley, was given a 12 month community order for causing £500 worth of damage to a car, resisting a police officer in the execution of his duty and using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe violence would be used against them, in Sedgley on September 27. He was also sentenced for possessing cannabis in Brierley Hill. He must carry out 150 hours unpaid work and pay compensation of £495.20, a victim surcharge of £60 and £365 court costs.

John Ernest Edward Shillingford, aged 30, of Lyndsay Place, Brierley Hill, was sent to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months, for stealing items, worth £710.70, from shops in Brierley Hill, Stourbridge and Wordsley, between September 25 and October 20. He was given a three month curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am. He must pay compensation of £710.70, a victim surcharge of £80 and £365 court costs.
