QUIZ fans can put their general knowledge to the test and enjoy a pint while raising funds for a Black Country cancer charity.
The Jolly Crispin in Upper Gornal will host a quiz night at 7pm on Tuesday April 26.
Teams of four can sign up now now for a £5 entry fee and all funds raised will go to Dudley based White House Cancer Support.
There will be prizes for the winners and runners-up and snack food will be available throughout the evening.
Landlord Rob Carey has a longstanding relationship with the charity and last year regulars at the Clarence Street pub raised £1,250 with a series of events including fun days, quizzes, tombolas, lotteries and a cider festival.
He said: “The Crispin is very much part of the community and we like to support local charities.
“One of our regulars suggested we give White House Cancer Support a boost after they helped him and his family cope with cancer and I personally found it very helpful after being diagnosed a short while ago; it’s brilliant to be able to put something back.”
