RUSH hour traffic was brought to a standstill on a busy Dudley dual carriageway this morning when a car burst into flames.
Firefighters were called to Birmingham Road, opposite the Village Hotel, at 8.22am to put out the blaze, which is believed to have been caused by an electrical fault.
