STOURBRIDGE based A Comedy Theatre Group is presenting a brand new comedy drama - Strange Encounters of a Social Kind.
The light-hearted original play is the first full-length stage outing written by group director Phill Liptrot who has previously penned three pantomimes and a number of comedy sketch shows.
It centres on a group of strangers seeking new friends who turn up to a new social group at a community centre where home truths are revealed and unusual friendships formed.
The play will be performed at Gig Mill Methodist Church hall, Norton, Stourbridge, on Friday June 17 and Saturday June 18.
Doors open at 7pm and curtain up is at 7.30pm.
