THE following appeared at Dudley Magistrates Court between June 10 and 16:

Phillip Worrall, aged 21, of Fletcher Street, Lye, was fined £100 for causing £1,716 worth of damage to a glazed door in Stourbridge on February 15. He must pay compensation of £1,000 and a £30 victim surcharge.

Julian Probyn, aged 30, of Kingsway, Wollaston, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for stealing items, worth £15, from Savers, Stourbridge, on May 14 and failing to surrender to custody at Dudley Magistrates Court on June 2, having been released on bail. He must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £135 court costs.

Leesa Francis Wise, aged 33, of Aziz Isaac Close, Oldbury, was sent to prison for six weeks, suspended for 12 months, for stealing items, worth £233.95, from stores in West Bromwich, on May 9. She must pay a victim surcharge of £115 and £135 court costs.

Dean Raybould, aged 29, of White City Road, Quarry Bank, was given a 12 month community order for drink driving in Netherton on May 6, without a licence or insurance. When tested, he had 78mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was also sentenced for possessing cocaine. He was given an eight week curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am. He was disqualified from driving for 46 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £135 court costs.

Mark Royston Barry Tinsley, aged 34, of Wolverhampton Street, Dudley, was sent to prison for 15 weeks for stealing alcohol, worth £110, from Tesco, Cradley Heath, on June 7, while subject to a suspended sentence. He must pay a victim surcharge of £115.

Benjamin Hardcastle, aged 46, of Cressett Lane, Brockmoor, was sent to prison for 18 weeks, suspended for 12 months, for drink driving in Dudley on May 6. When tested, he had 159mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was given a four month curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am. He was disqualified from driving for 36 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £115 and £135 court costs.

Christopher Ronald Welch, aged 34, of Marigold Crescent, Dudley, was discharged conditionally for two years for stealing items, worth £26.46, from Bodycare, Merry Hill, on May 22. He must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £135 court costs.

Timothy Lee Little, aged 35, of Kings Street, Dudley, was given a nine month community order for stealing meat, worth £57, from Iceland, Dudley, on May 9. He was also sentenced for possessing crack cocaine and diamorphine in Oldbury on June 12. He was given a three month curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am. He must pay £100 court costs and a victim surcharge of £85.

Nathan James Williams, aged 39, of Swann Street, Pensnett, was sent to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for two years, for stealing alcohol, worth £36, from, Co-op, Dudley, on June 11 and breaching a criminal behaviour order, banning him from entering any Co-op store in the West Midlands. He must pay a victim surcharge of £140 and £85 court costs.

Mark John Austin, aged 42, of Cemetery Road, Lye, was discharged conditionally for two years for assaulting a man in Stourbridge on May 26. He must pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £20 and £135 court costs.

Jamie Lee Bourne, aged 36, of Pedmore Road, Lye, was sent to prison for 24 weeks, suspended for 12 months for possessing a knuckleduster in Halesowen on March 21 and breaching a restraining order on March 21, between May 18 and 29 and June 11. He must pay a victim surcharge of £115 and £185 court costs.

Donna Pritchard, aged 39, of Birch Terrace, Dudley, was given a 12 month community order for stealing clothes, worth £57, from Matalan, Dudley, on June 13. She was given a 28 day curfew and for the duration must remain at her home address between 7pm and 7am. She must pay a victim surcharge of £85.

John Bull, aged 36, of Coventry Street, Stourbridge, was given a 12 month community order for stealing beer, worth £7, from shops in Stourbridge on June 9 and 13. He was also sentenced for displaying some writing, sign or other visible representation which was threatening, abusive or insulting with the intention of causing harassment, alarm or distress. The offence was racially aggravated. He was given a four month curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am. He must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £135 court costs.

David Thomas Handley, aged 25, of Gibbs Road, Lye, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for causing £100 worth of damage to various items in Sedgley and assaulting a woman on May 13. He must pay compensation of £150, a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Kyle Beckford, aged 25, of Woodland Avenue, Brierley Hill, was fined £880 for driving without a licence, insurance or MOT in Brierley Hill on June 29, 2015, and was given six penalty points and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and £200 court costs.

Ryan Lowe, aged 37, of Mendip Road, Halesowen, was discharged conditionally for six months for assaulting a woman in Halesowen on December 22, 2015. He must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £135 court costs.

Lance Nathan Smith, aged 26, of Uplands Avenue, Rowley Regis, was sent to prison for 20 weeks, suspended for two years, for driving while disqualified and without insurance or MOT in Rowley Regis on May 28. He must carry out 200 hours unpaid work and was disqualified from driving for 36 months. He must pay a victim surcharge of £115 and £85 court costs.

Michael Richard Hughes, aged 47, of Beechcroft Road, Wall Heath, was given a six month community order for drink driving in Brierley Hill on May 23. When tested, he had 115mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for two years and must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £135 court costs.

Christopher Ian Humphries, aged 29, of Church Street, Pensnett, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for dishonestly undertaking or assisting in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of a stolen laptop, worth £300, in Lye, on February 11. He must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £60 court costs.

Ben Blackmore, aged 37, of Langland Drive, Sedgley, was sent to prison for two weeks for assaulting a woman in Sedgley on May 5 and failing to attend an initial assessment to establish whether he was dependent upon or had a propensity to misuse a class A drug. He must pay a victim surcharge of £115.

Adam Switalski, aged 33, of High Street, Lye, was given a 12 month community order for drink driving, without insurance, in Lye on April 30. When tested, he had 92mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He must carry out 100 hours unpaid work and was disqualified from driving for 24 months. He must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £135 court costs.
